How do I book a rental?

The easiest and most convenient way to book is through our website booking engine — just select your dates, cart type, and location to check availability and reserve instantly. You can also reach out via email, phone, or our contact form if you prefer. Once your rental is confirmed, we'll send over a rental agreement from our platform via Stripe for you to e-sign. Your card won't be charged until the carts are delivered, so you can book with confidence.

Do I need a deposit to reserve a cart?

Accepted Answer

No deposit is required. We just need a credit card on file to hold your reservation. The card is not charged until the carts have been delivered. If you prefer to pay by invoice or check, we can arrange that as well — we just need payment prior to or at the time of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (processed via Stripe), checks, and invoices for organizations that need them. For most rentals, we'll send a Stripe invoice and rental agreement together from our platform. Government and nonprofit clients — we're happy to work with your procurement process, complete W-9 forms, and set up as an approved vendor.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak season (May–October), holidays like Halloween, and large events where you need multiple carts. Six-passenger carts and large fleet orders tend to book up the fastest. That said, we do get last-minute cancellations, so it's always worth reaching out even if your event is soon. For recurring events, we're happy to pencil you in for next year ahead of time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice prior to your rental to avoid any charges. That said, we're pretty flexible — if your plans change, just let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to work with you. Since we don't charge your card until delivery, early cancellations are hassle-free.

What types of golf carts do you offer?

We carry four-passenger carts, six-passenger carts, and utility carts (with a flatbed/cargo bed that can also convert to rear-facing seats). We have both gas and electric models available. Our carts come equipped with headlights and windshields. Note that our carts are not street legal and are not lifted or equipped with off-road tires — they're standard Yamaha golf carts designed for neighborhood, campus, and event use.

Are the carts electric or gas? Do I need to charge them?

We have both gas and electric carts available. Electric carts come with a charger that plugs into any standard wall outlet (110V). You'll just want to charge the cart overnight after a day of use to make sure it's ready to go the next day — electric carts get roughly 15–25 miles per charge, which is plenty for most event and neighborhood use. Gas carts run on regular unleaded and are delivered with a full tank — the first tank is on us, and there's no need to bring it back filled up. A full tank gets roughly 150–200 miles, which is more than enough for most rentals.

Are your golf carts street legal?

No — none of our carts are street legal. They are designed for use on private property, campuses, event grounds, neighborhoods, and similar settings. They should not be driven on public roads or highways. They work great for navigating large venues, festivals, parks, wedding properties, and residential communities.

Can the carts handle dirt roads or rough terrain?

Our carts are standard golf carts — they do fine on well-maintained dirt roads, gravel paths, grass fields, and flat terrain. They are not built for off-roading, steep inclines, or rugged trails. If your venue has dirt roads that are well-kept (like a ranch driveway or park path), they'll work great. Just let us know about the conditions and we'll advise on the best fit.

Do you deliver, and what areas do you serve?

Yes — we deliver and pick up all of our carts. We're based in Denver and serve the entire Colorado Front Range, including Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Lakewood, Aurora, Golden, Arvada, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and beyond. We also regularly deliver to mountain destinations like Vail, Breckenridge, Estes Park, Steamboat Springs, and Frisco. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our location. For destinations farther out (typically 45+ minutes), we may have a two-day rental minimum.

Is there a minimum rental period?

For the greater Denver metro area, our minimum rental is one day. For locations farther out (generally 45+ minutes from Denver, including mountain towns and Colorado Springs), we have a two-day minimum to account for delivery logistics. We also have a two-day minimum on major holidays like Halloween and the 4th of July, which are our busiest times.

Do you rent carts for events and weddings?

Absolutely — events are a huge part of what we do. We regularly provide carts for festivals, concerts, corporate events, charity walks, weddings, homecomings, campus move-in weeks, construction projects, and more. We can supply multiple carts for large events and offer quantity discounts. Just let us know the event dates, location, number of carts needed, and whether you need passenger or utility carts, and we'll put together a custom quote.

How does insurance and liability work?

We don't require renters to carry proof of insurance for a standard rental. Our rental agreement includes an indemnification clause — whoever signs the agreement is the responsible party for the cart and any drivers during the rental period. Once the cart is delivered, the renter assumes responsibility for the cart and its use. What if the cart gets damaged?

The person who signs the rental agreement is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. Our damage repair rate is $95/hour for labor, plus parts. We recommend keeping the cart in a secure, covered location (like a garage or locked facility) overnight whenever possible, and limiting use to authorized drivers.
